Calendar Year 2013 Assessment Appeal Forms
(NOTE: Due date for application to be received by Chancellor is April 23, 2013. Forms received after this date will not be considered by the Metropolis Finance Committee. The Parish must notify the Chancellor by March 15, 2013 that it plans to appeal its 2013 Archdiocese allocation. To be eligible to make an appeal, a parish must have completed its allocation for the preceding year and have paid at least one-twelfth of its current allocation during each month of the current year.)
