The 2025 Clergy-Laity Assembly & Philoptochos Conference began with the Grand Banquet in Charleston, a memorable event featuring addresses by Archbishop Elpidophoros and Metropolitan Sevastianos. This gathering not only honored the Metropolis' ministries and fostered Christian fellowship, but also included beautiful renditions of the National Anthems of the United States and Greece. An uplifting highlight of the evening was a spiritual performance by Ann Caldwell and the Magnolia Singers, followed by an invigorating performance by the Charleston Pipe Band. The entire evening embodied this year's theme of Faith, Family, and Love.
