Please read and make note of the important PAYMENT and CANCELLATION terms below.
2025 Cancellation Terms & Conditions:
A minimum deposit is due at the time of registering for Summer Camp.
Cancellations received on or before April 15 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received on or before May 1 will charge a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or before June 1 will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received beginning June 2 all monies paid are forfeited.
Final Payment is due June 15, 2025.

Any family or church that would like to provide a scholarship for campers please contact the Metropolis by March 18.
Any camper in need of a scholarship please contact your local parish priest.
